If you have registered at school, you must now go to your home personal email account where you will find an email from Ebay. This email will have a congratulations on it and will require you to click on a link inside to confirm registration.

Open up a separate checking account at your local bank that will be used specifically for Paypal and Ebay.
Request a debit/Master/Visa card from this checking account. This card will take two weeks to arrive, so do it soon, so you can have this account set up while you are still taking class.
Set Up a Paypal Account

Confirm your bank account by random deposits - PayPal sends two deposits to your bank account between $0.01 USDand $0.99 USD. After two to three business days, check your bank account for the two amounts and follow these steps:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click the Confirm Bank Account link on your Account Overview page.
Enter the amounts. If the amounts are correct, your bank account is confirmed.
You must confirm your bank account or be approved for the PayPal Plus Credit Card or PayPal Buyer Credit.
