In these classes or seminars, I will show you how I placed my mother on Medicaid and was able to keep all of her assets rather than surrender them.
I will tell you what I learned regarding Medicaid’s prerequisites and the programs that allow you to get paid as a caregiver (non-spousal, non-minor child).
I will also show you how I got paid $759.00 a week for caring for my mother rather then placing her in a nursing home through the use of Medicaid’s programs, how I received medical insurance, vacation pay, and time and a half for holidays!
In addition, I will show you how I was able to obtain free legal documents I needed as a caregiver, such as Durable Power of Attorney and Power of Attorney for Health Care and Guardianship. I will show you how I made wise choices regarding medical equipment, medication, nursing facilities, contact information, and how I saved $1,200.00 a year instantly through the use of oxygen equipment alone!
I will show you what I learned regarding the proper use of various equipment, proper medication techniques and more.
I will also show you how to become employed as a paid care giver, who to contact, what will be required of you, employment techniques, getting the most money, home preparations, home visits, and more. I would never list auctions on eBay through eBay's selling format for fear of losing them.
Are you aware that there are third party programs that can help save you money and protect your auctions outside of eBay?
Listing an auction can take some time, so you want to protect that template as well as all of your auctions in case they don't sell the first time around or if you want to create similar auctions, or even if you get kicked off temporarily.
Third party programs can help you retain auctions and pictures, help you collect unpaid auctions, and make your life easier when selling on eBay.

Usually, traditional Genealogy classes talk about Genealogy.
This class is a research class, where we search for documents and information from your ancestors. 99.9% of my students find documents and information about their ancestors in this class.
Students will be led to sites which allow them to type in their ancestor's names and pull up actual documents and information from death and birth certificates, to deeds, census records, and ship manifests.

This information will be helpful for: employment purposes, judgments won in small claims court, locating people who have private phone numbers and who own homes, locating people in prisons, finding out if someone is married and how many times they have been married, divorce records as well as property records. This class will also come in handy for churches that should be investigating their volunteers, especially those who work with the children. This is also great class for learning how to check up on prospective dating partners.
